Barbera d'Alba DOC

Produced from Barbera grapes in the Santa Maria vineyards, this wine is left to age for 6 months in barrels. Red in color with violet reflections and hints of vanilla, plums and cherries, it is balanced and fresh in the mouth.

Aging:  6 months in barrel

Organoleptic characteristics: red color with violet reflections and hints of vanilla, plums and cherry, in the mouth it is balanced and fresh

Pairings: very versatile, it goes well with any dish, perfect for typical appetizers, simple second courses and fresh or medium-aged cheeses

Alcohol: 14%
