Langhe DOC Nascetta

Produced from Nascetta grapes in the vineyards of Bricco Pichera and the Serra dei Turchi and Roggeri villages, it is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish hues, aromas of apple, aromatic herbs, wild flowers, honey, sage, rosemary. Full-bodied and savory in the mouth, it has excellent structure and longevity.

Vinification method: harvest towards the end of September, fermentation of the must for about 7-10 days at a controlled temperature of about 18°-20°, aging in stainless steel tanks for a few months and bottling around May-June .

Aging: not expected

Pairings: accompanies aperitifs, dishes based on vegetables, white meats, fish and cheeses
